University Circle pushes forward on hotel, other projects

Uptown was featured in a Nov. 18 Plain Dealer article by reporter Michelle Jarboe, announcing that plans for two hotels, homes and other University Circle developments are moving forward.

“…The project, known as Uptown, plays off the growth of cultural and educational institutions including the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland and the Cleveland Institute of Art. It will sit down the hill from a planned rapid-transit station on Mayfield Road and Lot 45, a parking lot UCI wants to redevelop with a 700- to 1,000-space parking garage, a neighborhood market or grocery store, a fitness center and student housing or apartments…” Click here to view the full article
